02-27-08 partly cloudy light wind 26 degrees sun breaking towards the pass with gust of wind to 30mph on the pass.. back country riders watch out for wind loading.
02-28-08 over cast light wind 27 degree.
02-29-08 cloudy light snow with a 1 inch trace of new snow from last night 27 degrees light snow showers through the day.
03-01-08 cloudy cold light snow 18 degrees with 4 inches of new snow sense yesterday. Windy on the pass. Snow showers expected through out the week end. Yeahhhhh:)
03-02-08 cloudy cold light snow 23 degrees with 7 inches of new snow sense yesterday. More Snow today gust of wind on the pass low viz early getting better later in the day.
03-03-08 BLUE Skies 26 degrees with an inch and a half of new snow. Go out and get you some. cold dry pow weighting to be shred out there..ummm :)~
03-04-08 Dumping snow out 30 degrees with 4 inches of new snow sense the blue skies vanished. Looks like we could get some snow accumulation from this low pressure providing the temps don't rise. KEEP it coming...:D

Lots of slides on the pass with big crowns..watch out..let it set up. then its on.:)~ Spring riding. Good snow warmer temps and lots of day light..ohhh yeaaah baby..

03-14-08- Blue clear crisp 21 degrees out... I hate to say this... 15 - 20 knot winds on the pass to day with gusts to 30...:)~

04 08 08 cloudy 23 degrees out.. today is a day for memories... of playing in the snow getting the guys together for a game of RISK or Cards.. Waiting for the next storm to cover up the old tracks..thanking god for a wonderful place to live on this earth and how blessed we are to be here. .. I am going to miss you Jesse. your corky smile and your giggles... Your stories of your travels to distant places. To ride on other mountain peaks. Then telling me none of that maters those places are fun to see ..BUT.. the best riding is right here! You never need to leave..
